Purpose: BGP Attributes.

Comments:
Traffic flow to cnc1-lo 100:
cnc2->cnc3->cnc4->cnc1
cnc3->cnc4->cnc1

[a].The weight attribute is a special Cisco attribute 
that is used in the path selection process when there 
is more than one route to the same destination. 
[b].The weight attribute is local to the router 
on which it is assigned, and it is not propagated 
in routing updates. 
[c].By default, the weight attribute is 32768 for 
paths that the router originates and zero for other paths. 
[d].Routes with a higher weight are preferred when 
there are multiple routes to the same destination.
